Elas

The Elas family of seats takes shape as a domestic atlas of feminine design: a constellation of forms that pays tribute to the women who, with vision and rigour, shaped the history of international creative culture, architecture, and contemporary art in the early twentieth century. A narrative of postures, gestures, and materials that conveys a vision of the home as discerning, sensitive, and profoundly human.

Elas originates from a deep connection with material. Natural surfaces, gentle volumes and organic lines cultivate a seamless dialogue between body and space, expressing a refined sensuality entrusted to carefully calibrated details and a research process that becomes expressive language. Elegant and distinctive, the collection moves through settings with natural ease, evolving its expression yet never losing its identity. Designed for domestic living, where it harmonises with the architecture, it extends to winter gardens and transitional spaces leading outdoors.

Elas is presented with a genuine wicker shell in bergère, armchair, and footstool configurations, available on a swivel metal base with Bronze-finished spokes or as an all-wooden fixed version. The interwoven detailing takes centre stage: a pattern that defines the architecture of the piece, softens its visual impact, and simultaneously affirms its solidity and character. Soft cushions are seamlessly and precisely integrated onto this surface; in the bergère, the leaf-shaped headrest rises as a fluid accent, gently tempering the formal precision of the piece.

Alongside this interpretation is a variant with fully upholstered shell, maintaining either the swivel metal base or the fixed wooden base, available in an array of exquisite different finishes. The range also includes a bergère with upholstered armrests and a more compact variation, both exclusively offered with a swivel base. The ensemble is completed by a matching footstool, with a fixed spoke base or wooden legs, consistent in language and proportion. In configurations featuring wooden parts, one of the armrests incorporates a stone insert - a distinctive detail that reinforces the relationship between different surfaces.

A project capable of flowing seamlessly between interior and exterior, connecting intimacy and open-air living through a measured stylistic coherence and a clear project awareness.

The wicker version is not FSC® certified.
